Just Mayo by Hampton Creek is OK for a treat.
2 cans chickpeas rinsed and drained
1/2 cup Just Mayo
1 cup sliced red grapes
1 tbsp minced red or white onion
1/2 cup diced celery
1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Mix all ingredients together and it’s ready to eat!
