|Gooey Black Bean Brownies
1 Can Black Beans, Rinsed and Drained
|Rinse and drain the black beans and place in a food processor, with large egg, coco powder, oil, vanilla, baking powder, agave,prunes and dates.
Pure until smooth, stir in chocolate chips and walnuts.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes and let cool completely or over night.
