Grape and Almond Salad
My coworker Diane is a beast. Really, 5 sets of 20 reps for lunges while arm curling 10 lb weights, wide squats with the same number of weights doing slanted arm curls, close squats with 10 lbs and working arms to chin. She can do that…..and do it well. Not this girl. Let’s just say this fluffy grandma’s ATP wiped out at set three, hit the floor for 3 sets of leg lifts and needed a post work out snack!

So, what better way to restore your adenosine triphosphate than with some gelatin, full fat yogurt, and almonds?
2 Tablespoons Orange Juice
1 Packet of Plain Gelatin
3 Tablespoons of plain (no sugar) Full Fat Greek Yogurt (or dairy free coconut yogurt)
2 Tablespoons Slivered Almonds
1 Teaspoon Honey
1 Cup organic Grapes
Dissolve the gelatin in the orange juice in a small bowl. Add the yogurt and honey, mix well, then fold in the grapes and almonds. Enjoy!
