May I share with you the Lord’s wonderful deeds? Super Omega Cinnamon Tortilla Rolls help with pain relief! My friend, that can only come from the Creator of the wonderful ingredients! Just so you know, here is a Warning—-These are really strong on the cinnamon.
Although the benefits of cinnamon and honey for pain relief is reported all over the internet, most people really don’t give it credit. Before time began, God knew are every need and placed those needs in and among the earth to be harvested for our benefit.
Moreover, combining the duo with super omega tortillas really helps me with common inflammatory conditions like lower back pain, and sore knees, and general aches.
Walnut oil in rich in omega 3 is the oil in used in these tortillas. Also, the richness of buckwheat flour with it’s good amount of magnesium, manganese, riboflavin and niacin helps fight inflammation. Hemp seeds are loaded with the proper balance of omega 3 and will give you energy as it fights pain.
Another good source of omega 3 in these tortilla’s are Chia Seeds. Yum, a great fiber packed, stool moving, cholesterol lowering ingredient. Coconut oil is used in a small amount for the filling and I absolutely love all of it’s health benefits.

Here’s what you’ll need:
Super Omega Cinnamon Tortilla Rolls
1 Cup Organic Unbleached Flour
1/3 Cup Walnut oil
3/4 Cup Oat Flour
2 Tablespoons Chia seeds (Soaked in the hot water about 5 min)
1 Cup Buckwheat Flour
1/2 Cup Hemp Seeds
1/2 Teaspoon Salt (optional)
1 Cup HOT water
Heat your water until hot and add the chia seeds. Combine the flours together with the salt in a large mixing bowl, and then add the oil. Cut the oil into the flour with a fork until it looks like cornmeal. Once the oil is well incorporated add the Hot water (that has the soaking Chia seeds). Lastly, add the hemp seeds. Knead the dough together on a flat surface until it is nice and moist throughout, this takes about 5 min. Roll into a long log and cut into 10-12 pieces. This makes about a 8-10 inch tortilla. Prepare a medium hot skillet on the stove—no oil. Just heat. Roll the cut pieces into round shape with your fingers. Then take your rolling pin and roll them one at a time into very thin shells. As thin as you can get them, without tearing.
Place the flat tortilla onto the hot skillet for about 20 seconds each side. Watch closely and don’t over heat. If you do they’ll be crispy not pliable. They will look like this:
Now you are ready for the filling:
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 Teaspoon Coconut Oil
2 Teaspoons Honey
Spread the coconut oil onto the tortilla shell as in the first picture. Place one teaspoon cinnamon in the center of the tortilla shell. Cover with the honey and work back and forth with the back of the spoon to mix until it looks like the last picture. You are now ready to roll them. Cover individually with plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
