Follow this easy rice pudding recipe for one to accompany your day!
1/4 Cup Long Grain Organic Brown Rice (precooked per pkg directions)
1/2 Cup Vanilla Almond Milk or Coconut Milk
1/4 Cup Tart Dried Cherries (or Cranberries)
1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
1/2 Tsp Vanilla
1 Tsp Orange Zest
Microwave on High in a small bowl the rice, milk, and cherries, for 3 minutes. Remove carefully from the microwave and add the cinnamon, vanilla, orange zest.
